Westluidense Poort is a central location in the city of Tiel, right among the old city centre, the outskirts and the Waal river. The building and its underground city car park will form the centre for music, dance, visual arts, literature and information for Tiel and the surrounding area.
The Zinder cultural cluster has the following users:

- De Plantage
- Centre for ‘t Klooster art exhibition venue
- Poppodium Twentietoe
During the next 25 years, Facilicom will provide the facility services for the cultural centre and the car park below it. This will be done with support from, among others, Facilicom companies Gom and Gom Specialistische Reiniging, who will be responsible for cleaning maintenance.
Her Majesty Queen Máxima will open the Zinder cultural centre on Thursday 26 October. During a guided tour of the building, Queen Máxima will be visiting a ballet class, a rehearsal of the youth orchestra and the studio where pupils are working on a work of art.
