On Friday 3 July, Facilicom Group again took part in the Best Traineeship Benelux competition. This year, we won the title of “Best Practice” in the Return on Investment category. The other winners are KPN (Balanced Projects), Enexis Group (Performance Appraisal), Gasunie (Personal Branding) and DisGover (Training and Development).
Traineeships in all sectors can compete for this title. In the final round, all “Best Practice” winners compete against each other in an elevator pitch and the winner of the final round will be chosen from among them, earning the right to use the title “Best Traineeship Benelux” for a year.
