Facilicom Group delivers the 100th plug-in company car


Today, Facilicom Group delivered our 100th all-electric company vehicle. At the Maastricht University site, Gom, a division of Facilicom Group, will use this car to drive green from now on.

Car fleet is 97% green

Meanwhile, just over 97% of Facilicom Group’s fleet of 1,850 vehicles has an A or B energy label. ‘At Facilicom, the proportion of green cars has been rising steadily over the past few years. And electric vehicles are growing more popular’, says Maarten Hesp, Facilicom Group’s fleet manager. ‘We had already made it easier for staff to lease all sorts of electric cars, regardless of their make, in 2019.

Gom, too, uses an electric van in Amsterdam’s city centre and CO2 emissions are compensated'. ‘These new measures show just how Facilicom Group is shouldering our responsibility to make our society more sustainable, and that we are making sustainability an integrated part of the company’, adds Tim Platteel, Facilicom Group’s recently appointed sustainability manager.
