Changes to Board of Directors of Facilicom Group

After more than 30 years of playing an active role at Facilicom Group, Martine Geurts is taking a new step: she is stepping down as Vice-CEO and will continue in our organisation in a non?executive function. The decision means that Albert van der Meulen, currently Managing Director of Gom, will be appointed Vice-CEO of Facilicom Group as of 1 April.

Martine Geurts has been employed at Facilicom since 1988. She became responsible for the standardisation of the business processes and the introduction of quality systems in the divisions. Later on, she became manager of the Shared Services Centre at Facilicom Group. In 1995, Martine was appointed Director of Internal Organisation and in 2004 Vice-CEO of Facilicom Group.

Contribution to an inspiring working environment

Besides her management position at Facilicom Group, Martine will now apply her expertise and skills in areas including human resources development and corporate social responsibility elsewhere. ‘I look forward to continue to make a contribution to an inspiring working environment for everyone, both within Facilicom Group and beyond,’ she says.

Albert van der Meulen, Managing Director of Gom since 2015, will take up the position of Vice?CEO of Facilicom Group as of 1 April. Olivier Laméris, currently Operational Director of Gom, will succeed him as Managing Director of Gom.
